We have curated a quick and high-level list of resources here, but we also encourage you to use the search engine below to find additional resources from our vast network of valued partners. Welcome to the Virtual RISE Center. Here we are offering a variety of practices and curated resources to support your holistic success, mental health and well-being. Feel free to access any one of our videos, guided meditations, handouts, and other resources.
UCLA Screening & Treatment for Anxiety & Depression (STAND)
The STAND system of care is an all-in-one, end-to-end system, which includes screening, treatment and ongoing monitoring of mood and symptoms. Leveraging an online screening tool, participants are screened for symptoms of anxiety, depression and suicidality and triaged to the level of care matching their needs.

FREE, Depression resource, provides psychoeducation, a depression symptom questionnaire (PHQ-9), a thought diary, a suicide safety plan, and videos designed to combat negative thoughts and alleviate feelings of hopelessness

Useful for both anxiety and depression, the skills taught include self-monitoring, identifying and changing unhealthy thought patterns, and engaging in mood-enhancing activities

Applied to both anxiety and depression, teaches skills including mindfulness, and cognitive diffusion, breathing exercises, meditation practice, tips for increased relaxation, concentration
