Biography

Dr. Karen Miotto (she/her/hers) is a Professor of Clinical Psychiatry at UCLA’s Department of Psychiatry and Biobehavioral Sciences. Alongside her academic duties, she holds leadership positions as the director of the Behavioral Wellness Center at UCLA’s David Geffen School of Medicine and at UCLA Health as the chair of the Physician Health Committee. She also previously served as the Director of the Faculty and Physician Health Program. 

Her work provides her the opportunity to collaborate with exceptional teams of people, offering treatment, developing initiatives and conducting research to promote the health and wellness of physicians and medical trainees.
