Biography

Daisy Gomez (ella/she/her) is a proud native of South Los Angeles, and throughout her career, her personal experiences have served as guiding lights, shaping her approach to helping others navigate the complexities of life. In various roles along this journey, she has had the privilege of contributing to cutting-edge resources aimed at fostering support and understanding in our ever-evolving world. Daisy currently serves as a Training Manager for the UCLA Prevention Center of Excellence where they focus on supporting the LA County workforce by providing training, coaching, and consultation. Outside of work, she provides crisis response support to victims of crimes, collaborates with community organizations to provide safe passage in school zones, and manages a coalition to support ongoing network collaborations. When not working, Daisy enjoys baking, dancing, karaoke, going to Dodger games and watching psychological thrillers.
