Biography

John Luke Piepgras (he/him/his) is from Dallas, Texas, and graduates this Spring with a B.A. in Political Science. In his first year, John Luke joined Swipe Out Hunger. He’d spend the rest of his undergraduate career addressing food insecurity on campus through advocacy, education, and direct service. 

Outside of class and Swipe Out Hunger, John Luke loves climbing, creative writing, and laying out on Tongva. He also gives great tarot card readings. After graduating, John Luke plans to work in higher education and continue to find creative ways to make college more accessible and equitable.
